How do I order a gobox?
Order a Gobox Now with our online booking form. Call us at 250.374.GOGO (4646) for information. Or email us and we will respond to your question within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum time I need to pay for storage?
Yes, there is a one month minimum storage fee per gobox. We do have special offers on 3-month, 6-month and annual pre-paid rental agreements, which are the most economical solutions.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, the delivery charge depends on the number of goboxes you order. It is $70.00 for the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox. The $30.00 charge applies whether we make one or multiple trips to your home.
If you want us to re-deliver to you or transfer your goboxes from one location to another, the cost is the same: $70.00 for the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox.
There is no cost to you to transport your gobox back to our warehouse.

What payment options do I have?
We accept payment by cash, check, money order, debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
Some of our customers who already bank online enjoy the convenience of paying with an Interac Email Money Transfer. This is a simple and secure way to send money directly from one bank account to another. Contact your financial institution for more information.
Do I need a credit card to order a gobox?
We require a VISA or Mastercard number to order a gobox. If you do not have a credit card, you may still order a gobox if you pre-pay for 6 months of storage and delivery if you are having the gobox delivered. You will receive a 10% discount for pre-payment of storage. There is no discount on delivery, re-delivery or transfer fees.
