What do you charge for delivery?
We charge $70.00 for delivery of the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox. The $30.00 charge for additional goboxes applies whether we make one or multiple deliveries to your home or office.
If you want us to re-deliver to you or transfer your goboxes from one location to another, the cost is the same: $70.00 for the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox.
There is no cost to you to transport your gobox back to our warehouse.

Do I have to be there when a gobox is delivered?
It is best if someone is available (even if it's just by cell phone) when the goboxes are delivered. If that's not possible, we can make a delivery after you prepay your delivery fee and first month storage and provide instructions on where the goboxes should be placed. Sometimes the driver will need to make adjustments for safety reasons.
If you can’t be there for delivery, we will place the goboxes based on your instructions and leave a Welcome Kit with information and tips on organizing and packing your possessions. You will need to sign a rental agreement and return it to us.
How do I get my gobox re-delivered or transferred to another location?
Just call us at 250.374.GOGO (4646). Tell us when and where you would like to schedule a re-delivery or transfer of your goboxes. There will be a re-delivery fee of $70.00 for the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox. If you want to transfer your goboxes from one location to another, the cost is the same: $70.00 for the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox.
Can you move my gobox to another city or elsewhere in the province?
Yes, we are able to do moves within B.C. and Alberta. You can get an approximation for a long-distance move with our Moving Quote form. Call us at 250.374.GOGO (4646) if you have any further questions.
Generally, our service will be more expensive than renting a truck and moving yourself but less expensive than hiring a professional moving company. GO BOX Storage is an accredited Better Business Bureau moving company.
Can I put the gobox in the garage?
For safety reasons, we’re not able to place goboxes in your garage. It may be possible to place a gobox in your carport if there is at least 8 feet of overhead clearance.
How many goboxes can I get at one time?
We can deliver up to 5 goboxes at one time. More can be delivered on a second trip, if needed.
How are the goboxes transported?
Goboxes arrive on a smooth-riding flatbed truck with a self-loading forklift. Our skilled drivers use the forklift to move the goboxes to a place that is safe and convenient for you to load or unload.
Can I transport a gobox myself?
Yes, you can if you have a vehicle with a hitch. Your vehicle needs a 2" tow ball and be capable of towing 3,000 pounds.
We’ll load a single gobox onto the trailer, you drive it to your home or office and load it. When you return to the warehouse we’ll lift the gobox off the trailer with a forklift and replace it with an empty gobox if you need another one.
Self-Service Trailer: $40.00/day or $160.00/week.
