How much does storage cost at GO BOX?
Your storage fee is $60/month/gobox if you store in our heated (temperature controlled) warehouse. The cost is $55/month/gobox if you store in our unheated warehouse. If you store your gobox on your property, the cost is $50/month/gobox.

How much does delivery cost?
We charge $70.00 for delivery of the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox. The $30.00 charge for additional goboxes applies whether we make one or multiple trips to your home. There is no charge to you to transport your gobox back to our warehouse.
When you want your goboxes re-delivered from our warehouse back to your home (or another location), the fee is the same: $70.00 for the first gobox and $30.00 for each additional gobox.

Is Mobile Storage more expensive than traditional self-storage?
Our monthly storage fees are comparable to those of quality self-storage facilities. The extra expense is the delivery charge if you choose to have us bring the goboxes right to you. This valuable service will save you time and is much more convenient. But again, it's your choice how many or how few of our added value features you want to use. We also offer discounts on 3-month, 6-month and annual pre-paid storage agreements.
Do you have insurance that I can buy?
Yes. Call us at 250.374.4646 and we can quote you a monthly insurance fee based on the value of the contents you want insured.
It's worthwhile, however, to check your existing apartment or home owner’s insurance policy. It may already cover your possessions while in storage. Or it may be possible to add a special rider to your policy and this could be cheaper than taking out a separate policy through us. The items you store remain your sole responsibility.
Can I have my monthly storage fees automatically charged to my credit card?
Yes. When you confirm your order let us know you’d like to take advantage of the Easy Payment Program. Monthly storage charges will appear on your credit card statement each month.
What happens if I’m late with a payment?
We realize life can get busy and it’s easy to forget when a bill is due. We will call or email you with a friendly reminder of the balance you have owing. Storage rental fees are generally due on the first of every month. We offer all customers a 7-day grace period to pay their storage fees. If payment is not received by the 7th of the month, a $20.00 late charge will be applied to your account. An interest charge of 2% per month is applied to accounts more than one month overdue.
What do I need to do to close my account?
Just make sure your account is paid up to date. Let us know when and where you would like to have your gobox delivered or if you plan to pickup your possessions at our storage facility.
Unlike many self-storage facilities, we do not require one month's notice of your intention to close your account. As well, if after your initial month of storage (our minimum), you only require a few more days of storage, let us know and we'll reduce your storage fee to the daily rate of $5.00/day/gobox.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts on 3-month, 6-month and annual pre-paid rental agreements. Pre-paid accounts get the following discounts:
- 5% discount for 3 months
- 10% discount for 6 months
- 15% discount for 12 months
GO BOX Storage carries a range of professional packing supplies. Discounts are available on the following packing kits: Starter Kit, 1-2 Bedroom Kit and 3-4 Bedroom Kit. We can bring these supplies to you with any GO BOX delivery. See Discount Packing Kits for more info.
There are no delivery charges if you choose to bring your possessions to our storage facility. This is the most economical use of our service but does require more handling of items on your part.
If you have a vehicle with a hitch, you may use our self-service trailer. Your vehicle needs a 2" tow ball and be capable of towing 3,000 pounds. We’ll load a gobox onto the trailer, you drive it to your home or office and load it. When you return to the warehouse we’ll lift the gobox off the trailer with a forklift and replace it with an empty gobox if you need another one.
Self-Service Trailer: $40.00/day or $160.00/week.
